Industrial IoT applications are increasingly popular. Below is a simulation of the parts sorting process based on their weight, made with FactoryIO and CoDeSys (PLC management). The system interfaces through the OPCUA protocol with the Node-Red client in which it was possible to implement a logic to log the information of the workpieces (ID, destination transport, weight, date and time) in a MsSQL DB.
